3. Products & Availability

  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
  • Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes. Slight variations in color or packaging may occur.
  • We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, ingredients, and pricing. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it and cancel affected orders if necessary.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
  • We currently accept the following payment methods:
    • Cash on Delivery (COD)
    • EasyPaisa / JazzCash
    • Bank Transfer

LUMOORA does not store any payment information on our servers.

5. Orders & Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or email.
  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us on WhatsApp.
  • After 12 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been dispatched.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • LUMOORA ships nationwide across Pakistan.
  • Estimated delivery times are 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. We encourage you to review it before making a purchase.
