At LUMOORA, your satisfaction is our priority. If something is not right with your order, we are here to make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons:
- Opened or used personal care and skincare products
- Items without original packaging
- Products purchased during a sale or promotional offer
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
How to Request a Return
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- WhatsApp us at 03305662233 with your order details and a clear photo of the issue
- Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days
- If approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be issued via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash — whichever is convenient for you
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
If rejected:
- We will clearly explain the reason and return the item to you
Exchange Policy
If you would prefer an exchange over a refund, we are happy to arrange that subject to product availability. Please mention your preference when contacting us.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please:
- Take photos or a video immediately upon receiving
- Do not open or use the product
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp
We will prioritize your case and resolve it as quickly as possible.
